When Is Vendor Load In?

Vendor load in is Friday, August 23rd from 10am - 4pm. You must be completely set up by 4pm! If you are traveling from out of state and get caught in traffic or a delay, please text me (Gina) at 480-404-4853 with your booth number. 10x10 booths in the main exhibitor hall will have pipe and drape; table vendors will not. All spaces come with two chairs and an 8 foot table. Linens are NOT provided, so please make sure to bring your own! We do not supply labor or equipment for load in or out. Be sure to bring your own manpower, carts, or two wheelers!

Is the Wifi Free?

Yes! The username and password is located on the FINAL BldgB floorplan link below!

Is There An ATM On Site?

Yes!

When Will I Receive My Booth Number And Convention Layout?

Tattoo Artists

must have plastic sheeting to protect the convention carpet
must have a sharps container for needles, and must take the sharps container with you when you leave.

Outside Food Or Drinks

The Mesa Convention Center has a strict policy on no outside food or drink because it competes with their onsite catering and concessions. Ordering UBER EATS or DOOR DASH is not authorized. With that being said, if you have an allergy or specific dietary restrictions, we can make an exception. Please be discreet. Any questions, email Gina at terrortrader2@gmail.com

The hotel has a nice menu and prices are pretty affordable! The menu is linked below, and the event concessions menu will be posted by Monday, August 12th!

Vendor Badges ? What If I Get Sick And Can't Attend?

Vendors will be given (2) vendor badges at load in on Friday, August 23rd! Please make sure to check in at the front desk. If you are sick, PLEASE try to give me as much advance notice as possible so I can ask a vendor on our waiting list to fill the space. I will give you a full refund for your booth space. Please do NOT attend the convention if you are feeling ill.

Do I Have To Charge Sales Tax And Report It After The Event?

Yes. Yes you do. More info coming soon, along with help if you need to create a TPT number for Mesa reporting. Reporting is the sole responsibility of the vendor.

Is There A Security Company Working The Event?

Yes. Because there's a bar at the convention, we are required to hire security to post at all exits!

Where Do I Park For Vendor Load-In On Friday? Is Parking Free?

There's a link below with a map you can download! The Grand Plaza space (marked green on the map) is where you'll park to unload your items! Security doesn't arrive until Saturday, so we all need to be vigilant when leaving product unsecured in the outdoor load in area. Taking turns as gear guards is a smart idea so local Mesa residents don't walk away with your items.

Parking at the Mesa Convention Center is free!
